I think I'm going to stop smoking, it's just not the same without drugs. Guess in the way some only smoke when they drink, I liked to smoke when I was on something. Now it just makes me feel more nauseaous(don't think that's spelled right )

I just got sober 8/28/06 and I'm beginning to have small urges to relapse. I don't yet have my own "things to do list" when I feel an urge coming. I was wondering if some of you could share some of the things you do to help keep the urges at bay. It would help greatly.
