still in a transition house but i've started looking at apartments, really my whole life is up in the air...lol.....no literally ...isn't that step 2 and 3?

i've started making some friends from the fellowship, grateful for that
had a rough couple days this week, but perseverance has become one of my names....can't say its my first cause i'm an alkie, drug addict,recovering, called Wendy, was thinking bout the word 'perseverance'.....sounds like it hurts...lol
i just want to share something from my day today...
topic meeting was "the grace of God"
i looked up 'grace' in the dictionary...
heres some of what it said
-the influence of God operating in us to improve or strengthen
-favor shown to grant a delay-an allowance of time
i love OUR HP.
notice not once in the 12 steps does it say MY HP.
Xmas is a little to close for comfort...doing my best to deal with that. I basically wasn't present for the last 5 or so. Gotta keep close to the fellowship now.
if you's could add little ol' me to your prayers i'd appreciate it much. I'm searching hard for a job and a place to live. I've also got school applications going in in the next little bit and can't decide out of 2 programs what to take.

yes , xmas is just around the corner. but what a wonderful gift you've already gotten , like an early xmas present , "recovery" that is the most awsome gift you can give yourself and those you love . nothing else could match that present or have more worth.
