Here the Unity Day worldwide prayer time was 10:30 PM, and some of us, around 20 members took a long drive out of the city to our convention site (where our regional meet and the convention is take place in the next 6 days starting tomorrow), joined members from Nepal, Bombay, US and Delhi who had already come there for the NA worldwide prayer. We said the Serenity Prayer in 7 languages here ~ English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Nepali, Spanish and Danish. It was an awesome experience. It was followed then by a recovery meeting and dinner. I even met many of my online NA friends face-to-face for the first time, even though I know them from years online. I could clearly feel the Unity among all of us, everyone together and having fun. What a circle of kindred spirits that my HP has gifted me with, truly diverse and universal, yet united, for each other.
