jakethesnake , Congratulations on your 43 days clean .Keep up what your doing , try and get out to NA meetings , an addict alone can be in a dangerous place . I used for 39 years before I found NA , it helped save my life ans ass . You need to stick up your hand at meetings , ask for some help. Part of what we do is give back what we were freely given to us to help others . There truly is a life after addiction , I did not think so at first but I was proven wrong , we still do crazy stuff but without having something in our system . It gets better each week , month, year . I will have ten years in January , never thought I would be able to say that .Don't give you can do it .
I am an addict named Mike...Our suggestions revolve around making meetings,putting down the substance,not picking up and doinbg the daily work,One day at a time..Want this more than anything and do whatever it takes to stay stopped from using any mind altering mood changing substance..Congratulations on 43 days a miracle being clean by a using addict...There will come a day,with continued daily work,guided by a Power greater than yourself,loving and caring (your choice a work of progression for many) when the true miracle,,the desire to use ,is lifted...WE are here for each other,,hope to hear more from you...
