At meetings you can pick up pamphlets that are free.

Mental health issues should be turned over to professionals. These are 'outside' issues, we can help you accept your feelings about it, move on, and get better. But we are not MHC experts!

I take seroquil, and have since diagnosed. I've had other Dr's and therapists tell me I am not...but if it helps, why stop what's working? It's also prescribed for depression. Some feel they won't be right until they can stop taking  it. Whatever it helps me.

I needed ALL the therapist's help to get thru my change in life. We encourage you to be honest and open with them. Working with counselors who have experience with the 12 steps can be significantly beneficial.

Things will get better for you. You can heal. We promise to love you until you can love yourself. Your future will be beyond your greatest expectations!
