Please pray to your god tonight for strength for me as I am not doing OK. I am struggling once again and as much as I know using is wrong and I have called many people and am in the middle of no where for the week I'm not sure I can keep going.

Hi Liz, Hope today finds you feeling better. You are in my prayers. Remember to 'play the tape all the way through'. When we are troubled or in pain using seems like a good solution. But if we pause and remember how miserable using made us, then we realize that it is not a solution, but the biggest problem we have in our lives. Sometimes I think people relapse, because using is familiar misery. It can block out having to deal with life on lifes' terms which is new for us. But you are a bright young woman, who knows where this will lead. Peace.

Prayers and support, ,reaching out "before" you pick is how WE do it...Based on the evidence,your own ,using is not the answer,only compounds the pain.Reach out and help someone today,,,try and do some 12th step work within or outside of the fellowship and the rewards of one helping another is a blessing in itself.Stay in touch with those in recovery......I wish you peace and lift you up....
