Yea...exactly as Mike said, easy to instsll snd easy to use too Don. I was a daily Skyper about 6 years ago. Done daily meetings on it, though not recovery(girlfriend in U.K).
The speeds available on 3&4 g make Skype-experiences good. It certainly is a good add-on in recovery. Moreover Skype groups can be formed, facilitating a group setting.

You can just dowload SKYPE for free. Google Skype .com and follow instructions.We use it to check in with kids up North etc.Not sure how it would be used for meetings but at least you can download the software.Then you just ADD contacts(using their email etc...good luck mate.

Hey DON most laptops come with them installed if you dont have one you can pick one up relatively inexpensive most electonic store/radio shacks(best buy/brandsmart have them and easy installatin.check em out online....my son got one for like15 bucks...

Went to Amazon and ordered a webcam with microphone. I'm not very tech oriented so this is a big excitement for me. I'll use it mostly to visit with my grandson.
Cool Don it is exciting for us Dinosaurs of technology.Seeing my son and his girl and dog from 1500 miles away is so cool.He is the one with his computer skills that showed me about skype.We are online to my grandaughters in Boca Raton 3-4 times a week talking with the baby..Kids coming up today have so many echnical tools.My 18 month grandaughter can work my wifes i phone thing ,flicking pictures and pressing apps..I cant even answer it!!!!!
