Hey everyone! Im new to this board and wanted to introduce myself :) My name is Dan, I live in MD. Been struggling with active addiction for 7 years now, im 26 years old. Im in recovery now and have been sober for close to 3 months. Im in a good place at the moment, go to 2 NA meetings everyday and building my network up. I started a group on Facebook called Addiction Awareness for anyone who needs help or extra support, and also to help myself if I need to get anything off my chest. I also am working with a support group president in my area to speak at school events about addiction. I am also enrolled in college and am on the path to becoming a Chemical Dependancy Councelor. I enjoy spreading any knowledge I have about this disease and at the same time still learning more and more every day. With all that said, im happy to be a member on this board and ill keep coming back! :)
