June 2nd 1984,6 months before my total and final surrender, I married my third wife,my true love and soul mate.Today,through God's grace and mercy we celebrate 28 years together,27 and 1/2 of them clean, in sobriety and free from active addiction and 30 total years together.I love her more today than yesterday and to have the opportunity to share my life with Laurie is truly one of Gods many blessings.For sure,the stamina it has taken my wife to live with me it truly a Godsend,I ain't the easiest dude to be around at times ,Im sure,,but thru the application and practise of spiritual principles guided by my Higher Power daily,I am making decent progress.Today we will spend time together as we have been inundated with family and my daughter,son in law and baby J for about 3 months now and we are usually pretty recluse people.Dont get me wrong ,being with family is most important but we will definitely enjoy time away alone..WE dont have much $$,we arent employed yet and we are not sure where we are going but we certainly know where we have been.(together)30 years ago I would never have thought making it to 40 let alone almost 65,man if that ain't God's miracle I am deinitely here for a reason and not just the season.Living the NA way and GOD Powered,to the best of my ability,today will be yet another special day over and above another opportunity as God opened my eyes to another day of "LIFE'!!! PEACE HAVE A BLESSED AND PRODUCTIVE DAY...

Debi & I got married 9/13/80, she's a normie and took a huge risk knowing I was still using ("just" on my "organic smokin' Mother Nature" lie) and knew I'd tried and failed to get Clean in the past. NO question she's one of the reasons my Clean date is 11/27/80.
