having a sponsor and got a Program that works,
a nice fine Fellowship
a family that loves me
friends and associates,
income
MIP, Facebook and live...
walking,music, Yoga and MEDITATION....
for thoughts on my new associations, people who are not using and have found a new way of life, ,,, as long as I follow that way, I have nothing to fear !

myself I am grateful that housing finally got the inspection day to move as I have been at thier mercy thru this move and its been eating me live worried fearful sensitive and so forth...
I am grateful to be clean today
that I have an HP that works for me
that I have MIP and ppl here that know my troubles yet still love me
i am grateful to have a growing reltionship with my son that my mom raised
I am grateful for the woman who gave birth to me and took care of and raised my son her being so helpful the [ast year as i have lived hand to mouth where she picked up the slack
I am grateful to be alive knowing my issues could always be worse

I try to stay in the spirit of gratitude everyday. Especially when I slip into resentment or self pity. But slip I do, so thanks for the reminder Manon to be grateful. I have a warm loving family who never turned their backs on me. I am grateful for that miracle. I have a higher power in my life today. A loving, caring God who is always there for me. I am blessed. Truly.

On December 1st, 2011 my wife came home to me finally after twenty-four years in prison. I am grateful beyond words to have her home with me.
Last night a herd of horses ran out in front of her as she was driving down the road and one hit her totaling the car. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital last night where she was treated and released - and she's going to be alright. More gratitude than I can express for that too.
I got in touch with a lot of gratitude for being clean today. I read through a diary I kept in my senior year in high school, when I was using a lot. God what a mess I was. I am so glad that I'm not doing that stuff today.
