i fell hard off my bike yesterday avoiding a car... no helmit soooooooooooo

i have 5 stitches ovwe my right eye and a broken elbow.   posting is a challenge because of course it's my right arm in a shoulder to wrist cast...\

lessons learned!

Sorry to hear about that! Even though it sounds pretty bad I'm glad it wasn't worse. One time I flew off my bike and busted my clavicle so I sorta know how you're feeling. Well...except for the stitches. Get well.

In prayer in support Don,get better soon.Can identify ,similar happened 2 years ago to me,thought I was gonna get run over....Last time in Pompano area ,rode a lot on sidewalks,crossing Dixie Highway in the a.m. was definitely a trip!!!

If it's any consolation..it could have been much worse. Take it easy, follow your doctor's advice, and find a good PT!

DAMN DON that sounds like it mighta hurt just a leetlebleh

 

Thats why i dont ride a bike on the street only in the gym :) no fallen down and at our age, my age any how im not taken the chance.
