You can do whatever you want. Different home groups do different things, but there are no official rules. We usually have a moment of silence for the addict who still suffers (inside and outside the rooms) followed by the We version of the Serenity Prayer.
Different meetings have different formats...I have a few regular meetings I attend and some end with the 3rd step prayer..the serenity prayer and some still close with the Lords' prayer..but most always have a moment of silence for the addict who still suffers =)

Carrying the message of hope and freedom from active addiction to the addict who still suffers.
the phrase is usually, 'Let's have a moment of silence for the still sick and suffering addict inside and outside these rooms, followed by the _______(serenity or third step) prayer.
Secratary usually picks someone in the cirlce to close the meeting, I like the one I heard once from a guy who said " We hold hands in this circle so that we dont pick each others pockets, OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN" .
