hello my name is kelley and i am a addict and i just moved to ga in june and i am under alot of pressure in my life and i have been clean from drugs since 1999 and this is the first time i feel scared of mental relapse i need help and dont know anyone in recovery in ga and i dont drive to get to a meeting not that i know where they r any way but i need some one to reach out to me please  thanks for allowing me to share

Welcome---suggest you call the local NA office and introduce yourself! Ask for a ride. You can go to na.org

Welcome. I've moved several different times in recovery. For me, it was crucial to start going to meetings in my new place ASAP. This allowed me to find a new home group, sponsor, and recovery friends.

Hi Kelly, are you the same Kelly that posted here sometimes ago ?

Welcome, the internet is a great avenue to reach out in recovery and has been the mainstay of my recovery many a time.

I suest, just for today, you reach out and out like;
1. use the oole search enine to find out meetings in your locality
2. call phone numbers that are listed
3. in case a drive to the meeing is not happenin, just take public transport,, isnt it worth the effort ?
