Welcome. I hope you can find a way to get to meetings. There is really no substitute for meeting other recovering addicts face to face and getting the message in the flesh.
Get the NA book and start reading start at page 3 " Who is an Addict and read it all the way through.
Start hitting meetings and find someone to sponsor you and begin talking about working the steps with someone, get involved this takes action but for now just show up and stay clean each day.
