I'm Chris.....I normally come here on the Alcohol page, but I have a drug related question that I hope someone may be kind enough to help me with.
My Girl is a recovering heroin addict, and has been on Methadone since October 31st last year.
She's been on holiday in Spain, and due to the General Strike, she was delayed in getting back.
Her last dose of meth was at 0830 Thursday............She gets back to the UK in about 2 hrs. Anyone got a clue of how her tolerance is going to be? or even better, what sort of % of reduction on dose she should have?

I suggest that you talk with a doctor or nurse I bet she's mighty damn sick by now and needing something pretty bad. She should probably be getting off the stuff its a crutch to keep using this long if she has no physical ailments that neccesitate and yeah I may get some arguments on this but its nothing less then synthetic heroine that she is on .
I suppose I can understand why you would ask your question here. But just as an fyi...we are a web based support group for people seeking recovery. As suggested, drug related questions are best referred to medical professionals. If you or she have questions related to getting and staying clean, you would get a flood of replies I'm sure. peace.
Please tell her that from me personally I am very proud of her. Her willingness to reduce the dose to 5mg is a very strong indicator that she is well on her way to being completely clean. Let her know that I encourage her to stay at 5mg for at least a month before stopping completely and to put a few things together for support in her journey of recovery. Meetings, as many as she can get to, a good sponsor that has gotten completely clean from Methadone, or Opiates, get and read some NA literature every day, and introduce her to us here at Miracles In Progress NA group. We would love to be a part of her journey.
