I have a sponsor now who is educated with most of my issues have relized Ihave issues with self honesty but at the same tiome honest to a fault??!! I called my new shrink told them how long Ithink Ihave been in my room and I go tomorrow told them why I cancelled my therapy appointment aggitated cause she says she wants to see me 2 xs a week but can only get me once in a couple of months wtf how is that supposed help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but my doctor is trying to remedy the situation and will adress the depression 2morrow

Go for it Manon. Self honesty and honest to a fault. Sounds like an addict to me. My sponsor says we're all ego maniacs with inferiority complexes.
Glad you got a sponsor and working with the shrink too. They main thing is we can't ever stop re-establishing, we have to stop relapsing though to get this, so many of us never make it back.
