I'm truely getting over the loss of my beloved--for a while I didn't think I could move on, but I actually have. He's also virtually disappeared from my life, which I hope is not permanent, but whatever he's dealing with, I know he knows I'm always going to be his friend. No drink, no drug, no other bad moves--good for me!!
Some one highly significant to me has found our sister program and at 4 months sober has made an amends to me. I can not even begin to describe how incredibly awesome that is (the sobreity, and the amends, both..but mostly the sobriety.)

the thing that helps me the most is "its hard to be hateful when you are grateful" with out finding the good in some situatu=ions I find myself hopeless glad things are looking up

Lee it's really wonderful to hear about it when someone is really working the program and best of all reaping the rewards! You sound great and I am very happy to hear about your friend. It really does give me hope.
Take Care, Stacey
