sinceI just screwed up let me consult with my sponser on what she thinks about service work atm we may have to put it off for a bit but I also think she might think jumping in might help so I will keep you updated

When I first came in to the program I was told to "chop wood and carry water". So I made the coffee and put some chairs away. That kept me from going to extremes while still becoming "part of". Service work is almost always helpful to self and others, but learning to stay in balance while doing it is invaluable.
