most would say 4 but I must be slow I am just now clear minded enough to know who is who without fear took me a minute to figure out the equation but I finally think I know what is needed to know thanks to many of you here at MIP I know I am usually crying or wining so I wanted to express my gratitutde to have the ability to see clearly now the "Rayne" is gone" She's not gone nor are the others I broke my thumb in the car door almost 2 weeks ago so the alter "Megan" has been out while I rest and it makes it easier on the pain level she surfaced again after I got my thumb stuck in the car door. that is when my doctor and therapist began to see this alter appear why Megan not too sure I have some days under me finally took me long enough but I 'm getting better this past year has been a challenge but gratefully here I am in better spirits than I have had in awhile knowing a loved one is still around to make sure I am ok kinda makes things better no names and no one to blame just the thoughts and their presense is fine with me at this stage of my recovery thank you MIP

Thanks for sharing that.Remember ,though we aren't physically close to you (geographically) mentally and spiritually we are right next to you.Keep letting us know how your doing and keep moving forward.One helping another is the therapeutic value definitely without parallel!Have a blessed and productive day............
