I read this in another group and wanted to share it with all of you. I love the words and hope you find comfort in them as well.
"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around."
Mike things are going great for me. My husband will be out of long-term treatment next month and will be moving in with his parents. I am still attending Al-Anon and working my 12 steps with my sponsor. I try to post on support forums to give other strength and hope and share my experience about addiction with them.
