Every year where I work(going on 32 years) Abilities First,we put on a christmas party and a summer picnic for our consumers(I still use the word clients cause I serve them and work for them) more "language stuff,anyway today is the day.We have our usual band memebers,a guitarist I played in many rock bands with and a working DJ ,who also sings and plays ,maybe another 1 or 2 show up.We put together a set list and usually play for an hour for the folks.They absolutely love it.Today its nice and hot and toasty.I get such joy being gifted with Gods grace to play an instrument and to be able to use that gift to see the spark in others eyes.With all the grief going on here,there and everywhere,I am reminded that giving back in anyway ,I can take focus off of me and share joyous times with others.Okay first song coming up...ITS ELECTRIC!! DAN DANANA DAN DANA ,NA NA NEN NA NA NA! The electric slide......(MUSIC GOING INSIDE MY BRAIN!!!!:) SCARY HUH....HAVE A BLESSED AND PRODUCTIVE DAY....:)
