Hi Manon! Good to see you're still here! Deep breaths sweetie! That is the job of the therapist, helping you bring out whatever needs to be addressed, one issue at a time. You don't have to know how to do it, just trust the process.

Now, employ some logic... Whatever you talk about has already happened, right? Like the 4th step, we become so fearful over just writing about stuff we already lived through, and much of it we lived through without a program of love and support! You didn't die when you lived through it, you won't die when you look at it with new, clean, recovering eyes! It's OK if you cry, it's OK if you scream. The purpose is to begin to discard the stuff that isn't working for us anymore... Those old untrue and unhealty beliefs that tend to keep us stuck. We look at what happened, why we began to believe what we believe and we feel the feelings and then we let it go... For REAL let it go. We are no longer plagued!

This is going to be awesome for you!

HUGS!!!

Jana
