i know that this message board is about stuff awith me about na. but you guys have been with me though my cancer and all . i figured i tell you what was going on with me. i know my sister write on here the other day. will a few days ago my son come home from school and got the scared of hes life daddy on the floor not breathing. will im in icu. have a chest tube in. i need a lung transplant. im in so much pain that im sick but i dont want to take pain pills because i got hooked on them once. i dont want to be again. i love all the take care stuff people are sending me thanks for caring.  please write back i will write and im bored here. heartbreakjc@live.com email me anytime. my sister will also get it.

Jason you are truly in my prayers man!You know what 'in times of illness" says about meds ,so use your best judgement,pray to God and do what you need for the pain .I will try and write a letter but definitely will e mail you.May God keep you in a good space and give your family strength,Thanks as always for thinking of others even in all your trials.Bless you man!blankstare

Jason,You are in our prayers.The higher power is there with you all the time.If you decide to have pain meds ,it is your decision how much pain you can take.Taking them for pain is medicinal purposes,this only you can decide.I am praying for you.

I really admire your determination, but like Mike says our program teaches that under certain circumstances pain meds are ok.
You and your higher power will make that choice.

Jason thank you for posting - I am praying that you will be able to walk thru whatever is before you - Along with the other guys -Sometimes if Meds are required - then we take them as PERSCRIBED and stay in contact wiht our sponsers and connect with other addicts - I see it way too often - when we don't take care of ourselves by not taking the meds. Suggest go over with your doctor and sponser.  Wishing you well
