Theres been fears Im dealing with,, in order to cope, Im reciting this ;



LOOK TO THIS DAY FOR IT IS LIFE,
THE VERY LIFE OF LIFE AND IN ITS BRIEF COURSE LIE ALL THE REALITIES AND VERITIES OF EXISTANCE.

THERES THE BLISS OF GROWTH, THE SPLENDOUR OF ACTION AND THE GLORY OF POWER.

FOR YESTERDAY IS BUT A DREAM AND TOMMOROW IS ONLY A VISION,BUT TODAY WELL LIVED ,
MAKES EVERYDAY A DREAM OF HAPPINESS AND EVERY TOMMOROW A VISION OF HOPE.

LOOK WELL THEREFORE TO THIS DAY !

(ancient Sanskrit proverb).

Hi Mike amd Avid,, 
one good reason to share that was because these same verses showered Light and Hope when I was in a treatment centre.
It was like I touched a New Space,,,,

Been attending ftof more regularly.
