That pamphlet really descriped my condition. I spent much of my time beating myself up. Resentful about what had happened to me, angry about where that left me, and worried about what was going to happen tomorrow.

In time I have learned to accept ....myself and the past. I learned to love, instead of hate. And I have found faith and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

About 1 1/2 years into the program, while driving home from a meeting inwhich i had shared a few nuggets of recovery....it came to me that I was living in the present. My life was changing. God bless the rooms, the steps, my sponsor, service work...and the whole NA program. I have faith you can find that hope too.

Acceptance, love and faith. Quite possibly three of the most difficult words in the English language. The road to recovery is not an easy one. We are here to help you anyway we can.

Glad your here NAWAY.
