Tolerance, now that i secretary a Wednesday night big book meeting we have a lot of court committed people coming in they dont want to be there some of them and some just dont know whats going on, cross talking during the readings bugs me, thinking there going to leave early all the time and im going to sign there cards when we make it clear they need to stay to the end, sometimes they come in with attitudes but so far most know they need to be there and start identifying with others who share. Mostly i just want to be patient and helpful for them so they continue to come and maybe raise a few bottoms plus this is a little new to me too dealing with people when I am in a postion to be of service face to face.

After hearing it a thousand times in a thousand different ways, it finally dawned on me that I have a disease that is incurable. I will always have days where I slip into non using addict like thinking. I can't beat myself up over this. It will happen, it's not my fault, I'm sick. So long as I don't act out on my disease then all is well.
what about you Tisa?
What's the latest thing you have learned?
