good advice, but I would like to ad that we also should take an equal amount of time to recognize the good things we did today. As addicts we tend to focus on the negative. It helps maintain our self hate. But we in recovery are striving every day to be better people, to be good people. We should give ourselves a break and recognize this fact as well.
