It assumes that the newcomers are the sickest and neediest.
The group should devote the most effort toward the most needy.

I dont know about the SICKEST avid LOL.

Hey there new we need to support them and let them know that theres a way out of this situation, even if its just to stop using , once that gets done they have a chance to go foreward and maybe never have to use again
