How have you accepted the past as the past and moved on , how did you do it ?

smile  I know when I came into the rooms,I realized I had to put the past behind me and not go back.It could be very unhealthy to go back,jails institutions and death.I have to learn a new way of life without using drugs.I have to account for my actions now and learn to listen to what is being said and shut up. smile

Being haunted by the past is one of my weaknesses.
On my best day I will experience at least some remorse.
I pray and ask God to relieve me of this guilt.
I strive to act in a moral way in everything I do.
I don't need no more stinking regrets!! LOL
