Lst topic shared at my 25th anniversary december 7th homegroup, celebration "addiction as a disease of more than just drugs..Paraphrased from Recovery and Relapse"the progression of recovery is an uphill journey,without effort we start down the hill again.the progression of the disease is an ongoing process even duringabstinence and how complacency is the 'biggest enemy of those with substantial cleantime(referencing myself)also about identifying with "your" disease and not comparing "war stories'...........if your new ,stick around and dont leave before the miracle happens!

At the meeting I went to last night we all read Just For Today which talked about service in the fellowship .I shared about how service has kept me coming back and I have learned to give back what has freely been given to me .
