What a Sunday yesterdays been, depressed, raining, cold at 12 degrees, in a last minute rush to sort out luggage and in the evening had to wlk the mile to the University in pouring cold rain. And on Saturday nite, after a great Fellowship experience over dinner in another city, id closed the day with a resentment and forgeting of nite meds. In the uni, I did the work I had to do and was wondering what I was doing next. My body was feling heavy, lethargic and cumbersome. I need to walk , but it is pouring rain there and Im feeling lonely too. I reached out to MIP and shared a bit and read a lot of shares. I Meditated a while and then by intution I ask the kid I was counselling about career if he wanted to take a walk and have dinner with me. We walked, the rain miraculously stopped. The walk to that takeaway is about 1 mile and a steep uphill. Sheffield is full of hills and this is one of them. the full extent of my tiredness from the side efects of the medications becomes evident and Im unable to walk even 100 meters without havng to stop. I ask the kid to bear with me and we trudge along to the takeaway, gets me exhilirated to even have walked that hill. We take our food, go home to my "mansion" and are truly gratified by the Indian Curry Food. Later I chat up with a house mate and slowly the blues leave. Aretha Franklin and a short Meditation later, Im off to a good sleep.

Hey your gettin through it Raman thats are job some days, that and making the best of the situation we're in and not self destructing.
It was beautiful here all weekend i wanted to get out so bad but i had other commitments mostly to the program and my girl nice thing is i am off work and dont have thoughs commitments for now and have weekdays to play also, the child wants to get fdirty and find gold .
