Question Of The Day 10/9/09

How do you put your personality aside when doing service at the area level ? Is a vote the same as group conscience ?

confusesmile  It really took a while to seperate the personality thing in doing service.I am in my fourth year of doing service at area and regional level.Still sometime I think of Group Conscience as Group unconscience,There are a lot of big headed people in service,if its not there way it's no way.A lot of them are stuck on the one way of literature and have never read what was written to get the literature we have today and who wrote it.I have been involved in the NAWOL Rewrite of the book and are in different literature and NA History groups. Our Area never can decide on things sometimes it takes months.Thats why I am glad I am A RCM also only eight of us there easier to agree.smilebiggrin
