Question?

I have a question:

I think you would agree to the following statements. (feel free to disagree with any of them)

Everybody has faith in something and somebody.

Even an atheist has faith in not believing anything.

We are all believers in our own little truth. We are all following somebody or something.

I am convinced regardless of your creed the following holds true (please disagree with any of them)

I'm convinced that love is better than hate.

I'm convinced being generous is a better way to live.

I'm convinced forgiving people and not being bitter is a better way to live.

I'm convinced having compassion and understanding is a better way to live.

I'm convinced pursuing peace in every situation is a better way to live.

I'm convinced listening to the wisdom of others is a better way to live.

I'm convinced being honest with people is a better way to live.

I'm convinced faith is better than fear.

Now please help me figure out how to:

love myself

be more generous to myself

how to forgive myself

how to have compassion and understanding for myself

how to have peace for myself

how to listen to myself

how to be honest with myself

and how to have faith in myself?

I learn this every day, it seems like for the first time, every day, I have to learn it again, it seems like tomorrow for the first time.

I really struggle with this and not doing the above always leads to my problems getting worse.

K.
