It's with great joy, gratitude and humility that I report that 20 years and 1 day ago, I had my last drink, drug, and cigarette. Thankyou people (and HP) for my sobriety and clean time.
Hey Dean! What a blessing! congrats man.Enjoy and savor this day!!!peace and thanks for continually carrying the message of strength ,hope and experience.Complacency can be the biggest enemy of those with substantial clean time and you show that you are continuing to carry the message. That is the joint!!!thanks...............mikef

Hey Dean!! Ya gonna go get one of those elusive purple "Clean and Serene for Decades" keytags? They're hard to come by, but I am told there is a slight abundance in Florida. I sure wish NAWS had used that color instead of the depressing black.
Congratulations, my friend!! Here's to another decade... Just For Today! ... ...
Aren't you just a perfect miracle!!!!! Congratulations...I know a day-at-a-time for that long is no easier than a day-at-a-time-for those early weeks and months.

I've gotta admit, and after praying daily, for the first 6 months, the obession to use was removed and hasn't been back since. Oh sure, occasionally I smell someone burning some really fruity smelling weed and I think "hmmm wouldn't that taste good" but it's just one fleeting thoughts that prove I'm an addict. Same thing happens on the beach when I see someone with a pina coloda with a bunch of fruit in it. It's probably just the fruit that I'm attracted to
Congrats Dean on the BIG 20 Miraculous years clean and serene! Fellowship hugs and love to you big brother
