things are kinda strange these days i ffind my self getting agitated easily not knowing the reasons behind it thought patterns a little scattered they are finally treating the ADHD seems to be going okay I have a diagnosis I am not to happy with borderline personality disorder I am in a class that lasts 4 months to learn more about it to see if it is controllable with changing my core belief system exp.( I am unlovable) for whatever reason this is one thing I have struggled with most of my life due to events that have taken place at one point or another in my life. things are not to aweful bad Iam clean and staying that way it has to be by the grace of my HP but Iam not keeping count adds too  much pressure if I do it's been a good while tho I know that.
the thing that irratates me the most is the fact thati was agitated not knowing why The doctor (shrink) has me in fake nails causeI would subconsiously scrath or self mutilate in my sleep and with acrylics I can't do that so just another expense I pro;;y don't need.
On the goood part of thngs is I suppose it has to get better I just got realesed From inpatient last week I finally hit a breaking point but all for the best my mind for the most part is rested
I could go on but I said short so I woill end with this
