Wow, yesterday was a killer. I felt it all, all the bad came gushing down on me. I just went to my sisters and stayed all day as she kept me sane and got me to feel better.
last night I had all kinds of addict dreams, but I slept and today looks much better. I feel very strong if not a little scared because of yesterday's horrors.
