A lady spoke after the Bday people shared she had 31 years by herself of recovery and is a traveling speaker, 15,000 miles traveling last year to speaker meetings and conventions she even went to Japan top speak 2 people understood engilsh in the meeting LOL They had a translator.
It was GREAT man I get fed there so much HOPE, outside meetings are a must have I had really slacked off going but have gotten more active and it really helps me to getting in those rooms .
Yea, I can relate to the slacking off. I have 2 girls, 7 & 9 and I take care of them 90% of the time. I wouldnt change that for the world even at its hardest times, but it becomes a struggle to make f2f meetings. I miss it like crazy. So I subsitute here. Got the chance to go last night though. Something about watching the emotion on a guys face with 11 years as he shares about who he was when he got here. Im talking about a guy who remembers, like yesterday, how it felt. Almost as if it were yesterday. Talking about how much better his life is , and how close he is to loosing it all. Ive known this guy for along time and I have great respect for his passion. There's alot of great people online but I dont get to SEE it. I need that.
