Hi all, I'm Jules. I'm an alcoholic/addict.  I've been lurking a while and figured it was time to say hi.  I've been clean 40 days.  My husband and I are working the program together, though he's about 12 days behind me.

Anyway I wanted to thank you all.  This board really helps me when I start getting itchy during the day.  Wish I could do 90/90 but it just isn't possible, so this is a life saver!

Wow I am so happy to hear about your recovery. CONGRATATIONS on 40 days. Years come easy, days come hard. There is a way YOU can be restored to sanity and find a better way to live.

Just for today you don't need to be afraid

Thanks for shareing sweetie! God bless you and your husband. Write, journal, pray, talk, laugh, cry, hug....just don't use, no matter what! Please don't use......it gets better....keep comin back....you'll see.....always give yourself a break and take things slow. The days will turn into months and the months will turn into years. Stay in the here and now and like they say...it's okay to look back, just don't stare! 40 days! AWESOME GIRLFRIEND!
