HEY GUYS , 34 DAYS clean and working hard on it. just got back from my first drug free vacation in decades . I rode bikes , i surfed ( alot ) i laid in the sun.i felt it all . thanks a bunch to all of you for helping me get this far. . my demons are far from being put to rest , but just for today they are in the corner taking a " time out ". ..a ton of love to all in MIP. your support has meant the world to me. anthonyg
