This is my first time on a site like this. I am in a little bit of a bind and need some help from some experianced people. I relapsed and have been clean and part of a fellowship for a little over sixty days and in our city there isn't many people that regularly attend the meetings and there is very few (like 4) females in our fellowship. myself and another female are wanting to start the steps but don't have a solid female sponser to help us with that any longer. if any has any advice on what i should do that would be great or even just some ideas.

I come from an NA area where there was no prior step-work kind of Sponsorship, and as such our first attempt to work the steps was under a step-working group where a dozen of us worked the first 3 steps successfully...
I've also attempted stepwork with another member like me and we both gained a lot from such an effort, besides doing my fourth and fifth twice with another addict experienced with the process of stepwork in AA and with my Therapist before this universal program and fellowship made it possible for me to find a NA Sponsor even if he/she is not from my area fellowship...
For me, it all helps. No hard and fast rules. Our NA book Sponsorship says "The heart of NA beats when two addicts share with each other." I believe this is what its all about. The first 2 12-step members and founders of this program did not have a Sponsor who can guide them, yet, a Higher Power's grace and miracle unfolded when they sat with each other and shared their experiences.
My current Sponsor is an online sponsor whom like BigV shared I found at Earthgroup. It's a good place, unique in that there are members willing to help other isolated addicts through the program and Sponsorship. You have to register and become a member there to be able to check out this section at that group as Vini rightly suggested.
All we need is a desire to work the program, and I've experienced that my Higher Power has always shown me the way as long as I truly desired change and recovery. IT WORKS!
