Happy Easter back to you all.

I had a bunch of chocolate today and it was great! (it's one of the things I gave up for Lent).

DAMN what a day things were good in the morning slowly the day went to hell.

I was so tired from the previous days dredging for gold and it all came and hit me yesterday afternoon. Absolute total fatigue I tried to rest at my moms house and got interupted and had to leave to go to my girls familys house it was alot just to keep my wits about me but I did but I also just had to leave I was really hurting my whole body was racked with pain and fatigue and my attitude was dwindling .

Anyhow not to get into things to deep here I got threw the evening and slept like a log I had to put some boundaries up that made me uncomfortable because I hurt someones feelings and its hard to ask and get what I need hopefully she understands that.

Thanks for the share Vinnie. Some times I have to put up boundries as well to get me through a day. It is hard to do, but I do it anyway and it helps. I also find that the people I hurt with the boundries soon learn what the boundries are and it makes us both better off in the short and long run. It's amazing how much people do understand boundries. For myself, I have never used them until recently, I find that I get along much better with people when I do set some boundaries. I had some friends that liked to show up on Sundays and expect us to drop everything and look after thier wants. I decided to put a stop to it and just left with the family. They are still my friends but they don't come over on Sundays without calling first to see what we are doing. I used to let it go on and we would be miserable and in many ways my friends would be miserable as well because it was just uncomfortable.
