Justme you need an uploading site like photobucket it will put your photo on the internet then you link to it from here.

Just register an account there and upload your pics then here you use that tab with the photo on it the little square box and put the URL( or address) in the box where it asked for the (image url) I will do a tutorial its pretty simple .
