Hi Rayne,

Thank you for the follow-up post. I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm curious to know what you've been doing that's helping you. Or did the blues naturally pass on their own?

Happy New Year to you.

So glad that it's getting better for you Rayne smile.gif

yeah many a times in my recovery I just wake up and feel different from how I had been feeling in the last few days, from feeling down and out, I'd be feeling up and running, from feeling angry and frustrated, I'd be feeling peaceful and forgiving, from feeling "nothing seems to work?" to feeling "recovery's happening!"...

Amazing that I'm able to REALLY feel all these range of emotions today without having to exagerrate or numb them by using drugs smile.gif

many hugs Rayne
so glad you are here with us

psst...Raman.... Step 1 :)

we admitted we were powerless over food, that our lives had become unmanageable
came to believe that a power grater than ourselves could restore us to sanity
made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him

HOW

honestly
openmindedly
willingly

surrender.... acceptance ...precedes change...

ok, ok...i'll stop now.. :)
