That is a looooooooooooooooong time. How did you do it?
No idea just did LOL maybe it was God and not me I had alot of turning it over this year and that seemed to help alot .
The disease is progressive and so recovery can be also, the difference is the disease will take you life recovery will give it back.
Just STICK no matter what and get thru it, pray, talk, go to meetings and GET INVOVLED.
Theres alot to do dont have to do it all at once but keep a pace going, always moving foreward, if you take a fall get back up and brush off your knees, dont neccessarily mean relapse but i mean emotional stuff thats the stuff that leads us back to active addiction.
Anyhow it can be done it takes what it takes , dont be hard on yourself we're addicts and we have alot of problems and issues that need being dealt with just take it a piece at a time not all at once, its just too much.
Blessings to all and thank everyone of you for your support in my recovery, I hope i have made a difference in yours too.

I was at a 10 year meddalion the other day and the women said I will tell you how to stay clean and seriene, its quite simple go to meetings , call your sponsor and work the steps, and when you have 10 years clean go to meetings , call your sponsor , and work the steps.
It's been a great experience walking this journey of recovery together with you, BigV. So grateful to my Higher Power that I have the miracle called "BigV" in my life today. Keep coming back, I need you
