hello there my name is Sheryl 60 day clean & I'm continuing the path towords my recovery I had alot of fear & pain when I frist came to the meetings I did not know how to live my life working the steps have changed my life I learned to turn my will and my live over to my higher power with in deep thought that I knew I can recover I started to feel hope and relizsed I found something that can really help me in my recovey today I listen closely at the meetings I take what I hear and keep it with me as I leave I also began to turst the process of my recovery I  found great comfort in the meetings thankyou for helping me feel comfort again in my live of my recovey love you all ! hugs for you all

I haven't had a cold in 3 years since I started taking grapeseed extract I swear by it helps with the immune system , allergys and such give it a try once you get well I wll give you a link to the site to buy the stuff it's not too expensive, just let me know if your interested.
