So glad to hear from you again...

Congrats on the BIG 41 Miracles!!! Way to go!!!

There is no problem or hardship or adversity that harming ourselves can't make worse...

It's ok to feel angry, depressed, frustrated, scared, sad, anxious or numb... Let it be... I have self-injured myself many a times, over the years, since my teens...

Today, I realize that I can use the 12 Steps of NA to overcome those urges too, accept my thoughts, feelings and emotions as they are, dive deeper into myself, find ways to address these states of mind, learn to cope with them in the light of the Steps... and change... The 12 Steps are the solution... not using or cutting or any other obsessive-compulsive behavior... these are only the extensions of our addiction when we stop using and stay clean...

Just For Today, we don't have to use (or self-injure), no matter what, come hell or high water...

Keep Coming Back... Better yet, stay with us... Missed you...

Hugs, Love, Light ~ Tahir.
