How about 9am Sunday Morning (Oct 29th) eastern time, which will still be a reasonable time in the evening for those in India??? I believe it would be 6 PM for those in Indiia?? Any one know for sure what 9am est time converts to there??
If you fine folks will agree to a specific time I can send a email out to every registered person on this message board with a GC meeting Annoucement.
If you feel that the following Sunday would be better so there is more time to get an initial annoucement out a week in advance and a reminder annoucement out 72 hours before the meeting I'm agreeable to that as well.

BigV, it is about having our group's first service meeting to talk and decide on forming a NA group here, just like any face-to-face group, with taking service posts and formally becoming homegroup members, fixing timings of our weekly recovery meetings, dividing up the responsibilities and also towards fulfilling certain criteria towards this 12 Step Forum for hosting our NA group the space, like moderating our forum posts regularly, having our own step work here, sticky's and so on...
Please participate and contribute your valuable experience, strength and hope with us, BigV. We need each other.
