Maybe, sometime in the coming or next Sunday morning? That would also mean evening here in India and you guys on the other side of the planet would also be available as it would be a Sunday, what do you say, family? Any other suggestions?

How about 9am Sunday Morning (Oct 29th) eastern time, which will still be a reasonable time in the evening for those in India??? I believe it would be 6 PM for those in Indiia?? Any one know for sure what 9am est time converts to there??
If you fine folks will agree to a specific time I can send a email out to every registered person on this message board with a GC meeting Annoucement.
If you feel that the following Sunday would be better so there is more time to get an initial annoucement out a week in advance and a reminder annoucement out 72 hours before the meeting I'm agreeable to that as well.

I am watching the board here for your input, so please leave it as soon as possible so we can start letting all members registered on this board know about it via email and as a sticky post on the board asap.
9 AM Sunday would be fine with me as it would be 6:30 PM (the difference being +9 1/2 hours between EST and Indian Time) in the evening for me here. I still feel November 5 would give us more time to reach out and communicate to all members and also to send the reminders once more before 72 hours of the meeting as John suggests.
Still, if everyone is ok with October 29th and if it can be intimated to all members without any problems within that time, then it's fine with me too. Look forward to being a part of this group service meeting.
