BT Project & PR Handbook

Hey, did any of you get the new Basic Text draft for review and input? I had subscribed for it a couple of months back, and some of my online NA friends have already started recieving it... I think it would be great reading it... Wonder, if one of the stories from any Indian members have been included in the Basic Text... One of my Turkish NA friend's story has been approved it seems...

Also, the PR Handbook has been approved and would be out in a couple of months, replacing our PI Guide... Even the term "PI" is being replaced with "PR"...

Can't wait... Imma Literature Addict...

me to.i think everyone should be involved in our process.

thats why the nawol is so cool.it is addicts writing for addicts.

my only issue with the text is that alot of folks,my old sponsor, and grandsponsor, and a few others that i have met, have earned there write to be there.

and as you say,we need folks worldwide to participate.we all belong.

i know they can do better than the professionaly written sponsorship book.ask andy addict about that one for the whole story...

it is our fellowship, and i think the writing should be done by our members, not folks that havent used.

RE: BT Project & PR Handbook

I have been using the book "NA Way Of Life" for seeking solutions for many issues in all areas of my life from the last couple of years... and was just reading some chapters from "Traditions War" as I'm a NA History enthusiast too...

NA Way Of Life is an awesome book. I love it. Even though I am not too particular about who wrote our NA books ~ approved or not approved, I love reading them all and take what I can put to use in my recovery, and leave the rest (although I must admit I hardly leave anything out)... LOL...

Also, joining the NA History Forum online has also kept me busy forawhile now. They also have amazing information just like NAWOL have, not to discount the NArchives website...
