I see that there are some 50 to 60 members at this forum till date, but I only find 4 to 5 of them sharing their experience, strength and hope regularly since I joined. I would really love it if everyone shares their experience, strength and hope here at the forum so that I benefit more... I need you all in my recovery...

This group is great and it helps me also. Especially on those days I'm sitting here and there is no meeting until the evening. Like today, a VERY stressful day and I could have really acted out on the things going on in my life. I chose not to because I had this group . . . checked my mail and there were lots of new posts and I chose to read and work on myself and not acting out! I shared this with my grand sponsor tonight at our meeting. I told her about my day and told her I had not committed a homicide. She replied: anyday we don't act out and commit a felony is a good day and shows growth. She's awesome! I also shared with her about being able to go online to this group and always get something to help me through those moments.
I do have to share this and it worries me a little. I am moving tomorrow and will not have immediate access to a computer everyday. This group has helped me through some times that I would have never thought I could get through, especially when I couldn't immediately get in touch with my sponsor. But I will continue checking in as often as possible because I can't do this without any of you!!! And thank you to everyone who posts & shares because you always manage to touch on some feelings that I am experiencing and your experience, strength, and hope help me have another day clean and in recovery.
I just started posting on this message board and couldn't agree with you more!! I also think it's great to always have access to the help and support when you really need it.
